SORRY for not updating during the past month. Was simply to busy and tired to bother with it. ?Anyway, since it's Chinese New Year Eve, I shall post on the important events in my life during the period of my absence!
Okay, back to last year. On December 28, Friday, 5 friends turned up for my private birthday party, haha. They are: Nicole, Peixuan, Peishi, Peiyi, Leshan. The 6 of us were pretty crazy that day, haha. Anyway, we ate KFC for lunch, lots of tidbits in between, my cake and they soon left. It's not that boring anyway, we played lots in my room while eating tidbits, haha. I shan't go into details, or my post would be too long. Oh yah, and they gave me a necklace from Gift-a-Name, with my name on it. Sweet.

We had band BBQ on the day before, and it was pretty fun. I didn't eat much, but who cares. We played Concentration, all of us in fact, and Captain's Ball after that. Mr Ben Lim even came! Haha, though we already met on the previous week, during Sec1 Registration... I missed him, you know, he was a pretty good teacher to our class!


Onto 2008!:

This year is a little different from the previous years. My birthday falls on the 2nd day of school! Yay! Anyway, we are now 2I1, and our form teacher now is Mrs Winnie Yan, a new teacher to our school.
Mae and Rouyi shared cost in getting me the present, a heart-shape lock with a set of keys. And their message was plain embarassing. Guys, I knew you have a motive... Yifan gave me something like a cup-holder I think, but it was SO cute! And it's a souvenir of Tonari no Totoro, you know, that black little thingys? Haha. Angie too gave me a present, a Death Note necklace, which I absolutely adore. Well, you can't blame me, I LOVE animes and japanese stuff.

We also had CCA day, which was plain crazy. I did go for guitar though. And then we had Sec 2 camp, which I didn't go. Hey, I DID NOT PON, for God's sake. I had MCs to prove it. It was a pretty bad illness. I vomited on Friday night, went to West Point Hospital at midnight, was given a MC for band on Saturday. However, I wasn't feeling too good still on Sunday, and though we went back to the same hospital, there was only one doctor available and there were emergencies. Hence, we went to Silver Cross Clinic, near BLK 504. I was given 3 days' worth of MC, which meant that I wouldn't need to go camp. I think that was why Mr Chan, my PE teacher, know my name. He's a nice guy, haha.

We had lots of tests during the past weeks too. And I was told to perform for CNY too. Band has a performance this year, surprising. We played "拜年" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You", in which I have a soli part and we'll need to stand. Again. Sigh, oh well.

I, together with Angie, Benson and Ben Chia, had to act out a drama for CLDDS, even though Chia is not a member. It was... pretty good, the script. However, we had to stay back countless of times for that purpose, I had to stay back for the whole week! Argh! I sure hope that our performance just now was ok, so was Band's... Mr Lim came again, and we were surprised, me more since I couldn't see him without my specs... And yep, I didn't wear them for the most of today, haha. I did put on make-up, plus my newly bought eyeliner, haha!
Ok, now I'm blabbering...
During the celebration, we had to rush and change quickly for each performance... sigh. Then, after that, we relaxed and watched the show. Jiexiang and me were pretty funny, we kept judging people. Especially chinese dance. Since I was from that originally in primary 1 -3, I knew what was going on clearly. Hey, I even went for SYF ok?! Out of the whole troupe, only one can really dance. I think it was the chairman, and the rest were dancing for the sake of dancing. That made us critisize them, somehow. We also talked about other stuff...

After the celebration, we took photos with the chinese teachers, who were in charge of the programmes. It was pretty hilarious, since they kept saying, "Hey, I want to take a photo, I love the rat behind!!" LOL. Anyway, after that, I went to KFC with AiJing for lunch and soon went home, since I missed the gathering at my primary school.

So... That's pretty it. I was soooooo damn busy with school, and band too. Don't you guys worry about my Creative Arts Programme application, the one where I have to hand in 3 portfolios and go through selection, if successful, I will attend a seminar, stay at NUS hostel for a few days, ultimately getting attached to a writer. I managed to hand it in just in time, haha. At first, I thought it was a gone case since I was MC on the day I was supposed to hand in (remember camp?)... In the end, it was Ms Junidah who said I was able to hand in, with the help of Ms Tan, now Mrs Lim too. I managed to write out a theory paper on homosexuals, anyone interested? I think I shall post it on my school blog, and my multiply page, haha. Go see if you want.
