We just had 2 band practices these few days, one on Monday and today...
Monday one was the worst, all the way till 5pm plus some drills and running... Argh!
We had sectionals in the afternoon and after all ended, we had to learn some drills... Then, we had to run 2 rounds around the school... Argh, I lagged behind and ended up almost running a 3rd round, thank God Jiexiang told me to stop, if not I'd be strolling around the school and will be back to find no one there, though there were people behind... They fled. Alright, I admit that I was strolling when I realised I couldn't win Jason any more... Who cares, an extra round doesn't hurt if I take my time to do so...
Today, it was better, But we had to go into the AVA room to practise instead. All because of a stupid meeting... It was weird doing it in there, not that we didn't, but only Sec1s were there, today the whole band was there. And boy it was squeezy... Haha.
We played some of the Standard Book of Excellence, and then we were off to play "You're Beautiful", the one on the animation Medley, namely 君をのせて[kimi wo nosete], 鳥の人[tori no hito], 帰らざる日々(に?)[kaerazaru hibi (ni?)], and one I couldn't remember... Oh well, and yeah, Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest... Cool but diffficult and exhausting... Sigh.
I love 君をのせて, there are parts where it is very sentimental... I almost cried when I heard it the first time... Lol. Anyway, I'd be practising if I want to be good. There is another practice on Saturday, from 9am - 1pm, sectionals only. Guess they wanna test our standard now... God help me!
I've only one homework left, the HCL one of course... Damn it, it is so troublesome! I'm planning to use the Sims2 pictures for the pictures... Haha, I'm lazy and planning to use that as an excuse to play games, but I'm also encountering problems... I can't get them to marry in order for a particular part of the interview! Guess I'll have to create a new family and do it all over again... Fine, I'm free anyway... (As if!) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
